- These Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you browse the Marchetti Diamonds website or place an order through it, and placing an order confirms your acceptance of them.
- Who May Order. Orders may only be placed by people aged 18 and over. When you check out, you confirm that the contact and delivery information you supply is accurate and your own.
- The Rings We Sell. Each ring features a genuine, GIA-certified diamond in an 18k white gold setting. As every diamond is a natural stone, small individual characteristics are expected and are described within the terms of its certificate.
- Prices and Offers. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Launch and promotional pricing is limited in both time and quantity and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
- How an Order Is Formed. Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for instance, where stock is unavailable or a listing or pricing error has occurred.
- Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your complete card details are handled by that provider and are not retained on our own systems.
- Certification. Every ring is supplied with the GIA certificate that corresponds to its centre stone, and that certificate is the definitive record of the diamond's grading.
- Delivery and Risk. The delivery estimates on our Delivery page are indicative only. Rings are sent insured and signature-required, and responsibility for the ring passes to you once it has been signed for.
- Returns and Resizing. Returns and complimentary resizing are governed by our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Caring for Your Ring. Care guidance accompanies every order. Damage caused by misuse, accident, or work carried out by another jeweller is not covered by any repair or replacement we offer.
- Our Property. The Marchetti Diamonds name, designs, imagery, and website content belong to us and may not be reproduced or reused without our written consent.
- Using the Site Properly. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, or to attempt to reach data or areas you are not authorised to access.
- Limits on Liability. So far as the law allows, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
- Revisions. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version shown on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
